Showcasing T&D Data Loggers with Remote Data Collection

CAS DataLoggers has just returned from Pittcon 2013, held March 17–21 in Philadelphia, PA. A longtime exhibitor since 2006, this year CAS DataLoggers set up at the T&D booth to show attendees how to cut costs and save time using automated monitoring/alarming and remote data transmission. In light of increasing regulatory pressures such as Title 21 CFR Part 11, you can now have proof of full regulatory compliance. CAS DataLoggers is announcing a new firmware update for the Accsense B1-06 Wireless Data Logger Gateways. The update resolves a prior issue with corrupted wireless connection when inside areas experiencing large amounts of wireless traffic. Now connections are immediately re-established in these events, with all buffered data saved to the Accsense cloud servers. The update is now completed and is being introduced into wireless gateway production shortly. Read more on our General News page.
A new study cited in a recent Los Angeles Times Business section article states that as much as half of all the food produced worldwide ends up as waste every year. Conducted by Britain’s Institution of Mechanical Engineers, the study found that as much as 2 billion tons of food is thrown out annually because of poor storage methods, consumers who buy too much, and produce that is deemed not attractive enough to sell. New Freezer Temperature Pod for Lab Monitoring

CAS DataLoggers is proud to announce it has recently contracted with New Brunswick Scientific to supply the new TCA-3 LAN-wired Pod which provides their popular laboratory freezer models with the most cost-effective automated temperature monitoring available. Laboratory requirements for monitoring systems are especially demanding in view of their sensitive supplies, so these pods are highly accurate, securely encrypted in line with HIPAA and other privacy laws, and especially user-friendly.
