Temperature Monitoring For a Coffee Roaster

CAS DataLoggers recently provided the temperature data logger for a small coffee roaster producing original blends with coffee beans poured into an industrial roaster and heated to about 220°C (428°F) for a city roast with just the right taste. To ensure his product’s quality and to get an accurate view of the roasting process, the owner wanted a user-friendly temperature recorder with wireless communication yet compact enough for a small room and economical enough to fit into his budget.
