Grant SQ2020 WiFi Portable Universal Input Datalogger

CAS DataLoggers has teamed up with trusted manufacturer Grant Instruments to offer the new Grant Squirrel SQ2020 WiFi Portable Universal Input Data Logger, a wireless portable datalogging solution capable of highly accurate measurements and offering users the flexibility to measure several different physical values including temperature and current. This 8/16 channel features highly accurate 24-bit analog to digital converters, removable memory and adds Wi-Fi wireless Ethernet networking to the renowned Squirrel family of dataloggers. Supporting high-speed 100Hz logging rates, the SQ2020 WiFi device is the ideal datalogger for wireless applications in many industrial and manufacturing fields, scientific research projects, and quality assurance. Delivered with the free SquirrelView comprehensive software suite, this latest Squirrel datalogger provides standalone data acquisition, simple Wi-Fi networking, real-time metering and data analysis straight out of the box.

These new SQ2020 WiFi dataloggers offer users the simplicity of Wi-Fi networking matched with high performance and universal inputs, all in one compact and easy-to-use portable device. The SQ2020 WiFi logger features 8 to 16 universal analog inputs and supports many different types of analog inputs including thermistors, thermocouples (types B, C, D), Pt100/Pt1000 (at a maximum of four 3 or 4-wire Pt100/1000 sensors), voltage, current and resistance. The data logger also includes 2 high voltage, 4 pulse rate/counter inputs and 8 digital event/state inputs with measurements made at a high 0.05% precision. Additionally, 4 alarm outputs trigger external devices to immediately notify personnel whenever measurements go out of specification.

Fully configurable via the integrated keypad, the SQ2020 WiFi logger has a clear 128*97 dot graphical LCD display and utilizes a simple 4-button user interface. The device’s large non-volatile internal memory stores up to 14 million readings, and the Squirrel logger supports download of internal data to a removable MMC/SD (Multi Media Card/Secure Digital) memory. World-renowned for their dependability and durability, Squirrel dataloggers excel as battery-powered lightweight solutions, allowing them to be used in applications requiring portability and stand-alone operation. Additionally, the SQ2020 WiFi dataloggers offer flexible communications options including integral Wi-Fi Ethernet networking, USB, and RS232 connectivity.

Every new Grant Squirrel datalogger also includes the FREE SquirrelView universal software package, utilizing a user-friendly, spreadsheet style interface enabling quick set-up of the data logger for any application, speedy data downloads, and direct export to Excel™. SquirrelView Plus offers users even more benefits such as graphical data analysis and advanced reporting options. Taking advantage of Squirrelview’s streamlined and intuitive interface, users are able to easily reconfigure the Squirrel loggers to do a wide range of jobs in a variety of different environments. The loggers can be configured via integral interface or via PC.
